Instructions
- 1Combine the chili peppers, red onion, green onions, garlic, ginger, thyme and rosemary in a food
- 2processor. Process until smooth. Transfer pepper puree to a saucepan and then add the tamari and cook over low heat
- 3for about 5 minutes or until mixture turns a darker shade of brown. Add apple cider vinegar, mustard, curry powder,
- 4cayenne pepper, crushed red chilies, oregano, cinnamon, and cumin to the saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and
- 5simmer for 30 minutes. Remove from the heat and let cool. Store in an airtight container for up to a month.
