- 1Preheat the oven to 350 F. Mix the pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, hemp seeds, psyllium
- 2husk flakes, and flax seeds together into a large mixing bowl. Then, add the tahini, lemon juice, sweetener or honey,
- 3water, olive oil and salt. Blend well and bake for approximately 60 minutes. Let cool for 10-15 minutes, and then slice
